R U Bright Team
Michael Rubright earned a Masters Certificate in Sustainability Policy and Environmental Management from NJIT in 2014. He completed Boots on the Roof training from Unitek in 2010, consisting of hands-on Solar PV, Solar Thermal, and Wind Power generation coursework. Michael earned his LEED Green Associate accreditation in 2020.

Michael also has 30+ years experience as a Business Development Manager in the solar project development, computer networking technology, and telecommunications industries, working with governments, schools, and enterprise organizations throughout New Jersey, across the country, and internationally.
Lin Rubright serves R U Bright as our Chief Human Resources Officer.
She recently earned her Masters in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion from Rowan University. When she’s not working or studying, she loves reading, and spending time with her family.
Rebecca Rubright serves R U Bright as our project manager.
She graduated last year from Yale College with a degree in Environmental and Biomedical Engineering. Outside of work, she likes to cook and garden.
Kiley Rubright serves R U Bright as marketing manager.
She just completed her degree (with honors!) in Religious Studies from Arizona State University. She takes any chance she gets to be active with her two dogs, Morgan and Harley.
